It seems that the virtual utopia, so often pictured in western sci-fi movies, is becoming the reality of today in every country. Are you ready for opportunities in new web age?
The Europex IT team are there to help you to grow in the web world
My life is a constantly moving route between Lithuania, Russia and Scandinavia. In my native Lithuania, the IT sector is filled with talented people. We saw that potential and assembled a team of 12 members for web projects. The team is ready to discuss your expectations and help your company operate freely in the web world. You can confidently entrust your ideas or projects you have already started. To find out more, read the Projects section.
I also spend a lot of time in Russia and see how strongly the country’s economy is focused on the IT sector. It is not surprising that Lithuanians see Russians as a source of learning. For that reason, we’ve also put together a team of developers there. We usually entrust a team in Russia with complex, code-intensive projects, applications, apps, game development and other programming work.
Russia is widely known for a high supply of developers at a relatively low price. For Russian programmers, the essential nuance of the work is time; therefore, rapid execution of projects is one of the main advantages. In addition, there are many suitable specialists in Russia who can carry out large-scale, particularly complex projects, to create individual projects for companies. Here, education is organized to train IT professionals from an early age. A great deal of attention is focused on the field of IT and, arguably, it might be the most popular source of income for young Russian citizens. In other words, supply exceeds demand.
I often return to Lithuania, as well as travel around the Scandinavian countries on business. I monitor markets, trends, analyse demand and capture supply opportunities. It is very difficult to find a company or a specialist in Scandinavia or Lithuania that would perform work of any complexity in a timely and complete manner and fit into the budget. Noticing the demand, the idea of supply arose. My colleague and I have been working in the IT staff search and outsourcing industry for some time, so finding the right specialist who can perform any type of task could solve even the most complex code problems is not difficult for us. So, we use resources purposefully, for your benefit. Our uniqueness is that we have the ability to hire programmers. This is attractive among businesses that need a temporary worker to do a certain job, an employee who works remotely, or IT/advertising agencies of a similar nature that do not have the resources to complete the work on time or face a code problem. To find out more, read the ‘Recruitment services’ section.
Taking into account the above factors, supply and demand, we have assembled teams in Lithuania and Russia. We also want to reassure you about safety. The specialists that are selected to our team are also thoroughly tested and trusted. It is very important to us that our clients trust us, so we will do everything in our power to make you feel safe throughout the duration of the project (for more information read ‘Services’ and ‘FAQ’ sections).
CEO
I am Ignas Didžiūnas, the head of Arbeidsstyring AS. Together with the team, we have been organizing the selection and supply (search and recruitment) of suitable candidates to the Norwegian market since 2006. We act on behalf of both Arbeidsstyring AS and UAB Europex. We know people well; we have mastered recruitment techniques, so this practice and nowledge helps organize the work (that is, selection, supervision and motivation of suitable specialists) of Europex IT. We assembled an international team from Russia and Lithuania. The work is allocated to the appropriate team according to the complexity and needs of the client. Our capabilities allow us to offer IT projects to other countries as well; therefore we do not limit ourselves to Russia or Lithuania when organizing Europex IT activities. We do not limit ourselves to the implementation of projects, we also provide the search and rental service for the required specialist.
We‘ve noticed a long process of search and selection of programmers, fears about the completion of projects, ranging across markets. It is not uncommon to notice posts on social networks that describe situations, where the work was started, halfway through an error on the page occurred, the programmer working on the project disappeared after receiving an advance payment, log-in credentials, required to move the site, have vanished, and so on. Visible and analysed practical situations dictated the direction and aspirations of our work. We strive to organize the work in such a way that as much work as possible is done by one source. The processes are supervised by a competent person, and experienced specialists are selected for the job. There will always be someone on the team who will be able to solve the problem or exterminate a bug. We aim for the client / partner to receive a job well done on time within the agreed budget and to feel completely safe.

Image and customer value play an important role in business. A website, in turn, is a great platform to reveal your uniqueness. The content on the page is the key to the customer’s heart and the path to Google algorithms. What you bring to your website is yours, it’s up to you to control. Having a website makes it extremely easy to connect with potential customers or partners, convey important information about your business. In addition, e-shops appearing on the web make it possible to reach the whole world. Having a website on a relevant platform opens up huge SEO opportunities.
Even for a small business, I recommend creating a website, at least a very simple one. I definitely don’t recommend relying solely on social networks, which these days are a great way to communicate with customers, but unreliable in the long run. Yes, these days there are plenty of social networks, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest and many many others. The choice of where to be active depends on individual strategies, markets, values. However, social networks will always remain social networks with their own rules. You might be deleted or blocked one day, so I recommend that you ensure security and reliability in advance by uploading content to your website. To find out more about how to choose a suitable website.
Also, I encourage businesses to think about mobile applications (apps) that have the ability to speed up the company’s work by allocating tasks or monitoring processes, or solving user issues. Android mobile apps seem to be very popular. Such applications can be successfully used for hotels, travel agencies, schools, restaurants, shops or other business activities. Having an app opens up a wide range of marketing opportunities. Thanks to mobile applications, it is possible to communicate directly with customers, quickly tackle their problems, promote sales, create loyalty programs, analyse consumer needs and behaviour.
In conclusion, we would like to suggest an experiment. Take a look at several pages of competitors for the same product/service. Notice what details you capture on their page. Go back and take a look at your website.
